Hourly rates starting at $50/hr

Want to work with me but don’t live in my area? No problem! I can still offer postpartum doula services virtually.

As your virtual doula, I will help you with:

• feeding support (including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping)

• newborn care (bathing, nails, diapering, umbilical cord care, circumcision care, soothing techniques)

• newborn routines and sleep patterns

• emotional support for parents

As a postpartum doula client you will also receive:

• One complimentary prenatal call where your doula will get to know you and your family, make recommendations for the ideal postpartum setup in your unique space, and answer any questions to make you feel comfortable and prepared!

• Full-time text/email/call support for the duration of the relationship

Two 30 Minute Zoom sessions, personalized plan, and email support- $250

As busy working adults, we often live and breathe by our tight schedules. For new parents, it can be hard to adjust to the “on demand” nature caring for a newborn, and they often wish they could get the baby on a schedule from day one.

To be honest, no matter how hard anyone tries, novice parent or seasoned expert, newborns are not capable of sticking to a schedule for the first few months. I always say, the baby is the boss for the first 8 weeks.

That being said, you CAN get into really good rhythms and patterns/routines from day one. Your baby will undoubtedly throw some curve balls as they develop, but these curveballs are predictable in their unpredictability. I will help you create these good patterns by teaching you some golden rules of newborn care, helping you recognize your baby’s cues so you know how to address their needs and giving you the confidence and support to embrace each day as it comes.

30 min Zoom session- $85

Creating your baby registry can be completely overwhelming with the thousands of products on the market- half of which you may not even know what they are for! Most of the time, new parents end up with a ton of things that they’ll never use or that don’t make sense for their space or lifestyle. They also end up making frantic 3am Amazon purchases when baby arrives for things they never knew they actually needed.

Let me help take the guesswork out of building your registry so that you feel confident and prepared that you have what you need to succeed as new parents! I will help you evaluate your space and lifestyle and make recommendations about which products will be the best fit. From strollers and car seats all the way down to diapers and butt paste- I have you covered!
